Surfing and music go hand-in-hand. So we have a great line-up of musicians scheduled to play both Friday and Saturday nights. Here is a quick look at what we have planned for this year's entertainment.
Friday Night's Registration Party:
5:30 - Richie Vidin: who is a staple here in PC, both surfing regularly and playing music solo or with a band. He is super generous with his time and has been a big part of the contest for several years!
Saturday Night's Party:
5:30 - Seth Brewster: Is an American indie rock, reggae rock, down tempo, black folk songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist.
7:00 - Steady Riot!: Is a band with a mix of Pop-punk and Ska roots formed in the rural town of Amity, Oregon. Fans, promoters, producers and other bands have nothing but great things to say about this positive, high-energy group of musicians.
Saturday's After-party at the Oar House:
9:30 - Volifonix: An experimental funk flavored milkshake. Voted best rock band in Eugene in 2008 and 2009!;
