Shipping

Our shipping rates are simple - everything we sell, with the exception of surfboards, paddleboards, and heavy over sized merchandise, that's $50 or more, ships free within the continental USA. The shipping rate, if applicable, will be seen in your shopping cart when you check out. For some products, we may ask that you call us so determine the appropriate shipping cost to your location.

Sun Hats (including wide brim straw or canvas hats) are not included in our Free Shipping offer. Instead, they ship at a low, flat rate of $10.

Shipping Time

We do our best to exceed all expectations for your shipping needs. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from receipt, and shipping times are depended on the method selected by the user. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. For USA orders, we typically use USPS, Fedex and UPS as our shipping partners. Depending on where you are located, expect 1-7 days for delivery. For delivery service other than our standard shipping service, for example Overnight Service, normal shipping rates will apply.

Surfboard Shipping

Surfboards are not included with any free shipping offers. In addition, many surfboards are considered in-store pickup only. All boards 7 feet and bigger are in-store pickup only, and are unable to be shipped. Some select surfboards under 7 feet are also unavailable to be shipped at Moment Surf Company's discretion. We can only ship surfboards within the continental United States.

Presidents' Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Day after Thanksgiving – Only Air and International packages will be delivered
Christmas Day
Additional Shipping Holidays for those with PO/APO and FPO addresses:
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
Columbus Day
Veterans' Day

 

International Shipping

Standard shipping rates will apply for orders outside the continental USA. International orders do not qualify for free shipping. International customers are liable for any duty taxes or fee's incurred by customs when receiving shipments.

Delivery

Most shipping methods do not require a signature on delivery. If you want a signature for your delivery method, please let us know in the notes, otherwise your package will be delivered as normal.

Moment Surf Company is not responsible for damaged, lost, missing or stolen packages after the package has been transferred to it's appropriate shipping company. Moment Surf Company will do it's absolute best in assisting the customer in finding a solution for a damaged, lost, stolen or missing package, and assist in filing any claims that can be filed, however ultimately it is up to the customer to see that claim through.

 

Damaged Or Missing Items

Damaged in delivery: If there is damage to the package, or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with the carrier. Please don't return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.

Missing items: All missing items claims must be reported within five business days of delivery. Contact us to report a missing item from your shipment.

Oversize truck deliveries: Oversize items shipped by Truck are delivered by appointment which needs to be scheduled with carrier in advance. At time of delivery, an adult must be available to receive, inspect, and sign for the merchandise. Please inspect the item to be sure it is the correct model, in operable condition, and not damaged in any way. Do not sign the delivery manifest until you have inspected the item. Once the delivery manifest is signed, we are unable to file any damage claim with the carrier on your behalf. Once you sign for the item, you are accepting the product as is.

If the merchandise is damaged, please make a notation on the delivery manifest, and have the person delivering the merchandise sign as well. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery about the damage.
