SURF THUMP: The Surf Thump is a slightly pigged out longboard, with a pulled back wide point, allowing it to turn on a dime but maintian glide. Perfect for beachbreaks and points alike!

BEST FOR: Beachies and points

FIN: Singlefin box or glass-on “D-fin”, by Gully, comes standard, although the Huck, Log Rhythm and Pin Fins work nicely in the Surf Thump as well.

GRIFFIN NEUMANN-KYLE joined almond in october, 2008 with one purpose in mind: to shape surfboards. There is a constant struggle between dave and griffin of 'form versus function', but that has lent itself well to the surfboards that they have created together. you'd be hard-pressed to find someone more dedicated to hand-shaping than griffin.
